Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by DHL or Deutsche Post. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
Shipping within Germany
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order. From a gross order value of 34.90 euro, we ship free of charge. We do not charge island surcharges. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax.
The delivery time is shown on the respective product page. Within Germany this is 2 to 5 days. If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
Shipping within the EU (except Germany)
We deliver to member countries of the European Union. These are currently the following: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The EU-wide shipping costs (excl. Germany) are a flat rate of 13.90 euros per order. From a gross order value of 99 euro, we ship free of charge. We do not charge island surcharges. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax.
The delivery time is shown on the respective product page. To EU countries (excl. Germany) the delivery time is 3 to 6 days. If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after issuing the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
