Chic leaf & sweet taste
You can infuse this tea several times
A yellow tea from China with a fresh sweet taste. For this tea, the oxidation of the tea leaves is interrupted through panfiring. For panfiring, the tea leaves are heated in an iron pan. This destroys the enzymes responsible for oxidation. Wrapped in cloths, the leaf is then dried.
A real beauty as a leaf and in infusion. A tea that goes crazy in the pan. Or something like that.

You can also infuse yellow and white teas with cold water. However, for hot infusion, the brewing temperature should not exceed 80 °C. Note: The longer the infusion times and the more tea you use, the stronger the infusion will become.
