Fruit teas and herbal teas should be infused at 100°. The brewing time can theoretically be extended as desired, since fruit and herbal teas do not post-bitter.
Important: Always pour with boiling water and infuse for at least 5-10 minutes! This is the only way to get a safe beverage.
